BASICS

Whether you're looking for a place to routinely exercise or you're looking for something more specialized, the Diamond Dog has what you're looking for, and now seems to have ads for a few new team sport training groups on top of Duplicity's first football (⚽️) team. The indoor gym contains a standard workout room with weight training equipment, free weights, punching bags, and a fighting ring where self-defense classes are taught. Members can sign up for their own personal trainer to assist in achievement of their fitness goals, or group lessons in kickboxing, fencing and archery; carrying forward the tradition of the defense academy where the gym found its roots. Outside, when the pitch isn't being used for footy games or routine training, it is able to accommodate archery and other sports. Membership includes lockerspace and access to all other amenities the club has to offer, including but not limited to saunas, ice baths, and massages.

EMPLOYEES

Employment opportunities are wide at Diamond Dog. Trainers, instructors, masseuses, and those who can maintain equipment always have a place, but so do custodial staff. Assistance can include interior maintenance of locker rooms and showers to exterior maintenance of the fields.
